We charge the following rates for delivery of Fireplaces & Fires, anywhere in the UK & Ireland:
Gas or Electric Fires: £16.00
Firesurrounds, Hearths, Back-Panels & Stoves: £68.00
We use two methods of delivery - one for smaller packages such as Ceiling Roses & Fires (approx 25kg or less), which will be delivered to your door by the driver. The second is for larger goods such as Fireplaces & Stoves - these will be on a pallet which will be lowered from the van/truck at the nearest possible parking space. We advise you pre-arrange help to move the Fireplace/Stove indoors as it is not the drivers responsability to do so!
All deliveries Must be at the billing address (unless agreed otherwise).

SMALLER PACKAGE SERVICE (UNDER 25KG):
We will confirm your order is being dispatched by email (normally next day delivery).
Once you receive your delivery, check the packaging for exterior/visible damage & if ok sign as unchecked. If exterior is damaged, open packaging & thoroughly check for damage. If ok sign for received item, if not sign as damaged & return with driver. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
If no one is home when the driver arrives, then he will post a card through the letter box with a phone number for you to ring to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
LARGER GOODS SERVICE (OVER 25KG)
We will confirm your order is being despatched by email. The courier firm will then ring you to arrange next day delivery & a suitable time. If no one is home after agreeing to this time, they will arrange a re delivery date & time (but there will be a charge of £30).
When your delivery arrives, check for exterior/visible damage & if ok sign as unchecked. If exterior is damaged, open packaging to thoroughly check product. If ok sign for received item, if not sign as damaged & send back with the driver. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING OFF PERIOD)
All products on this website are either made to order, or ordered in especially, therefore once payment has been made confirming the order, we cannot accept returns or make refunds for undamaged/fully operating goods.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We inspect all items thoroughly before being dispatched & protect them with the best form of packaging possible. But occasionally items may get damaged in transport, so we advise you to thoroughly inspect your goods before signing for them, as once signed for, there is no way of claiming for the damaged goods under the insurance!
If after signing for the item as unchecked, it is then discovered as faulty, contact us as soon as possible & we will take the appropriate action, either replacing or fixing the item if neccessary.(i.e. a faulty fire will be covered by a minmum of 1 years warranty & we will take it up with the manufacturer)
